This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of Chattr Mobile services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to adhere to this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and Services.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Chattr Mobile Services to:
a. Illegal Activities:
- Engage in or promote any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Transmit or distribute material that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
b. Fraud and Unauthorized Access:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including identity theft or phishing.
c. Harmful or Offensive Content:
- Transmit material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Distribute or facilitate the distribution of malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
d. Network Disruption:
- Engage in activities that disrupt, degrade, or interfere with Chattr Mobile’s network or services.
- Use the network in a manner that imposes excessive demand, adversely affecting network performance or availability.
e. Resale and Unauthorized Use:
- Resell or redistribute Chattr Mobile Services without authorization.
- Use Services for purposes other than personal or business communication, such as operating servers or data centers.
2. Network Usage and Monitoring
a. Fair Use Policy:
Chattr Mobile may implement reasonable network management practices to ensure all customers enjoy reliable and high-quality service. Excessive or abusive use of Services may result in reduced speeds, suspension, or additional charges.
b. Monitoring:
Chattr Mobile reserves the right to monitor network usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. Monitoring will be conducted in accordance with Chattr Mobile Privacy Policy.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Use Chattr Mobile Services only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensure that your device complies with network compatibility and security requirements.
4. Enforcement and Remedies
If you violate this Policy, Chattr Mobile may take actions including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning.
- Suspending or terminating your account or Services.
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, please report it to Chattr Mobile by contacting support@ChattrMobile.com.
6. Changes to This Policy
Chattr Mobile reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted at ChattrMobile.com/acceptable-use, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
