Welcome to Chattr Mobile. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chattr Mobile website (“ChattrMobile.com”), products, and services (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Chattr Mobile
Chattr Mobile is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) powered by the AT&T network. Our Services provide reliable mobile connectivity and additional benefits, including sweepstakes and charitable giving programs.
2. Eligibility
To use Chattr Mobile Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Service Agreement
a. Service Availability:
Chattr Mobile relies on the AT&T network to provide coverage. While we strive for seamless service, coverage may vary due to factors such as location, network capacity, and device compatibility. Check coverage at ChattrMobile.com/coverage.
b. Service Limitations:
- Chattr Mobile does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Services may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or third-party disruptions.
c. Device Compatibility:
Users are responsible for ensuring their device is compatible with Chattr Mobile Services. Visit ChattrMobile.com/devices for more information.
4. Billing and Payments
a. Prepaid Plans:
All plans are prepaid and must be paid in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
b. Charges:
You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, including taxes, regulatory fees, and overages, if applicable.
c. Auto-Renewal:
Your plan will renew automatically unless canceled through your account at ChattrMobile.com/account.
5. Sweepstakes and Rewards
a. Eligibility:
Sweepstakes are available to active Chattr Mobile customers in good standing. Additional terms for sweepstakes are outlined at ChattrMobile.com/sweepstakes-terms.
b. Prizes:
Prizes include bill credits, gift cards, discounts, and other rewards. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
6. Charitable Contributions
A portion of each bill supports charities. Customers can select a charity during checkout. For a list of partner charities, visit ChattrMobile.com/gives-back.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Chattr Mobile Services lawfully and not to:
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Resell Services without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt network operations.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ChattrMobile.com/privacy-policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
Chattr Mobile is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Services.
- Service interruptions, delays, or errors beyond our control.
- Unauthorized access to your account.
10. Dispute Resolution
a. Arbitration Agreement:
All disputes arising from these Terms or Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
b. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Chattr Mobile operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Termination
Chattr Mobile reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of Services.
